Deadliest Warrior Synopsis
Deadliest Warrior is a pseudo-documentary series in which warriors from different cultures and eras are pitted against each other in a computer-simulated battle. Each episode explores the culture and history behind the two matched warriors, as well as the weapons that would be used.
Experts demonstrate the use of the weapons and how they might maim or kill. A winner in each match-up is declared after 1000 simulated battles.
Deadliest Warrior premiered on April 7, 2009 on Spike TV. It currently averages 1.7 million viewers, making it one of Spike’s most successful original series. Its first season will have nine episodes.
