Battlestar Galactica Classic Synopsis

Often considered “Star Wars for television,” Battlestar Galactica follows the journey of the last humans of the twelve colonies as they search for the legendary planet Earth.

Their journey is not without complications, and these complications come in the form of the robot enemies of humanity known as The Cylons.

Though it was canceled in its first season, Battlestar Galactica maintained a cult status to the point of being reimagined into a more sucessful modern series on the Sci Fi Channel in 2003.
