The anime Sengoku Basara is based on the Capcom action games of the same name.

Sengoku Basara follows an unlikely alliance between two warriors: Sanada Yukimura and Date Masamune.

Together, they must defeat the dark lord Oda Nobunaga during Japan’s feudal period.
