Castle Synopsis
Nathan Fillion (Firefly, Desperate Housewives) stars as Rick Castle in Castle, premiering tonight on ABC. Castle, an arrogant, charming famous author of crime novels, is juggling two ex-wives, a teenage daughter, and a flamboyant live-in mother. He’s also got a bad case of writer’s block.
When real murders depicting scenes from his books start showing up, Detective Kate Beckett consults Castle. Her tough, no-nonsense style clashes with Castle’s roguish antics. However, their unlikely partnership proves effective and Castle finds a new calling – helping Beckett solve unusual crimes.
Castle will be airing on Monday nights at 10:00 pm Eastern/9:00 Central in the plum timeslot after Dancing With The Stars. Its first season will have ten episodes.
