Oh Doctor Beeching! Synopsis
Oh Doctor Beeching! is a comedy television series produced by BBC that debuted in August of 1995.
Oh Doctor Beeching! was created by David Croft and Richard Spendlove and it follows the story of employees at a small railway station called Hatley which is under the threat of immediate closure under the Beeching Axe (Dr. Richard Beeching was a member of government who wanted to close a number of small railway stations to make British Railways more profitable). Majority of cast that starred in Oh Doctor Beeching! also starred in another Croft’s series Hi-De-Hi!
Oh Doctor Beeching! aired two seasons.
