Neon Genesis Evangelion Synopsis
Neon Genesis Evangelion is an apocalyptic anime television series that premiered on TV Tokyo in October of 1995.
Neon Genesis Evangelion is critically acclaimed anime series written and directed by Hideaki Anno. Ostensibly following adventures of teenage pilots fighting invading “angels” in giant war machines, the series quickly turned into brooding exploration of religious and psychological themes. The success of this anime series was such that it led to production of several movies based around the same setting and story.
