Happy Ever After Synopsis

Happy Ever After is a situation comedy television series produced by BBC that premiered in May of 1974.

Created by John Chapman and Eric Merriman Happy Ever After follows the story of middle class, middle aged couple Terry (played by Terry Scott) and June Fletcher (played by June Whitfield). They find themselves alone after their two grown up daughters leave home. But the Fletchers are not alone for long, as June’s aunt Beryl (played by Beryl Cooke) moves in and brings her talking mynah bird along with her. Happy Ever After was prequel to Terry and June.

Happy Ever After aired five seasons and three specials.
