Flashpoint Synopsis

Flashpoint is a series produced by CTV and CBS. It follows members of Strategic Response Unit (SRU), which is a part of the Canadian police force. The members of SRU are called in extreme situations (such as terrorist threats) that the regular police force is not equipped to deal with.

Flashpoint debuted in April 2008 and is currently in it’s second season.

Flashpoint is also the first Canadian series that airs in prime time on an American broadcast network.
