Ashes to Ashes Synopsis

Ashes to Ashes is BBC produced drama series that premiered in February of 2008 as Life on Mars spin-off.

The story centers around DCI Gene Hunt (played by Philip Glenister) who works with trained psychologist Alex Drake (played by Keeley Hawes). Alex Drake got shot and woke up in 1981.

The series premiered in United States on BBC America on March 7th 2009 and the filming of second season already commenced. Second series should premiere in 2009.
