Battles B.C. Synopsis

Battles B.C. is a History Channel series that blends historical research with stylized storytelling. It explores the legendary battles and military tacticians of ancient history using re-enactments, CGI, and a dramatic narrative structure.

The series is heavily influenced by the visual style of Zack Snyder’s 300 and is geared towards bringing in viewers who are not typically history buffs. It includes 8 episodes and a DVD set will be released in July 2009.
