The anime The Wallflower is based on the manga by Tomoko Hayakawa.

The Wallflower follows a girl, Sunako, who shuns beauty because she was called ugly by the first boy she ever loved.

Sunako’s wealthy aunt, however, has offered four handsome boys free rent in her mansion if they can make her pretty.
