The Tick Synopsis
Based on the independent comic of the same name (which later became an animated series), The Tick stars Patrick Warburton (Puddy from Seinfeld) as the title character, a dimwitted but well-meaning superhero in the vast metropolis known as The City.
With his best friend and sidekick, Arthur (David Burke, who dresses like a moth), the duo fight the crime and evil that threatens The City on a consistent basis.
The two are also joined in their efforts by the patriotic Captain Liberty (Liz Vassey) and the amorous Batmanuel (Nestor Carbonell).
