Privileged Synopsis
Privileged
is a CW comedy-drama series based on the book How To Teach Filthy Rich Girls by Zoey Dean. It follows Yale graduate and aspiring writer Megan Smith as she returns to her hometown of Palm Beach, Florida to become the live-in tutor to two wealthy and spoiled teenage twins, Rose and Sage Baker.
While trying to navigate this new world of wealth and power, Megan must also deal with her messy family life. She was estranged from her father and sister for many years after experiencing a rough childhood after her mother deserted them. Luckily, she’s got the help of her best friend Charlie, the Baker’s chef Marco, and cute next door neighbor Will.
Privileged stars Joanna Garcia as Megan, Lucy Hale as Rose Baker, and Ashley Newbrough as Sage Baker. It will complete its first season on February 17 and it’s still undetermined if the CW will renew it for a second season.
