Material Girl Synopsis
Material Girl is a romantic comedy television series produced by BBC that premiered in January of 2010.
Material Girl is loosely inspired by book Fashion Babylon written by Imogen Edward – Jones and it follows the story of Ali Redcliffe (played by Lenora Crichlow) who is a young and talented fashion designer who is trying to make a name for herself and launch her fashion line while her former boss does everything to try and make her fail.
Material Girl is currently in it’s first season.
