Life Synopsis

NBC’s Life stars Damian Lewis as Charlie Crews, a police officer who spent 12 years in prison for murders he didn’t commit. After his conviction was overturned, he sued and received a multi-million dollar settlement from the city of Los Angeles that allowed him to return to work as a detective.

Crews now solves crimes with Dani Reese, played by Sarah Shahi. Reese, a recovering addict, must learn to trust her quirky and unconventional new partner. Complicating matters is the conspiracy that put Crews behind bars, which he is determined to unravel.

Life currently airs on Wednesday nights at 9:00 pm EDT/8:00 Central. Its first season averaged 8.1 million viewers.
