Captain Power and the Soldiers of Future is a military/post-apocalyptic Science fiction series that premiered in 1987.

Captain Power and the Soldiers of Future was set in the 22nd Century and it followed a group of resistance fighters led by captain John Power that battled the oppressive dictatorship of machines that defeated mankind. The series also had a line of toys designed by Mattel and in each episode there was a visual and audio segment that interacted with the toys.
