The Inspector Alleyn Mysteries Synopsis

The Inspector Alleyn Mysteries is a crime drama television series produced by BBC One that premiered in December of 1990.

Based on the books written by Ngaio Marsh The Inspector Alleyn Mysteries follow the story of Roderick Alleyn (played in pilot episode by Simon Williams and in later episodes by Patrick Malahide), who is a gentleman detective and works for the Scotland Yard.

The Inspector Alleyn Mysteries aired two seasons.
