The anime Itsudatte My Santa! (”Always My Santa”) is based on the manga by Love Hina creator Ken Akamatsu.

The series follows a boy named Santa who was born on December 24th and thus hates Christmas.

As a result, a girl named Mai appears before him and tries to change his views.

Ellen Synopsis

Ellen is a situation comedy television series produced by ABC that premiered in March of 1994.

Created by Neal Marlens, Carol Black and David Rosenthal Ellen followed the story of Ellen Morgan (played by Ellen DeGeneres) who is a book store owner in her thirties and the story focused on her daily life and relationships with her friends. Even though it was a sit-com it was considered controversial because Ellen DeGeneres’ character came out as a lesbian towards the end of fourth season which also coincided with Ellen DeGeneres’ public coming out on the Oprah Show.

Highlander: The Raven Synopsis

Highlander: The Raven was a supernatural television show produced by USA Network that premiered in autumn of 1998.

Highlander: the Raven was a spin-off of the television series based upon Highlander movie franchise. The main character of the series was Amanda (played by Elizabeth Gracen), a thousand years old thief joined in her adventures by Nick Wolfe (played by Paul Johansson), ex-cop turned private detective.

Thriller Synopsis

Thriller is a horror television series produced by NBC that premiered in September of 1960.

Thriller was American anthology series hosted by horror movie veteran Boris Karloff (Frankenstein, Bride of Frankenstein). Stories featured in the series were mostly either psychological thrillers or horror stories. Robert Bloch (author of Psycho) penned numerous screenplays for the show.

Thriller aired two seasons.

The BBC finally seems ready to take the iPlayer worldwide, but users will have to pay for the privilege and own an iPad in order to view content. At least for a while, as a subscription-based iPad app is the way the corporation is going.

Global iPlayer

The iPlayer is the BBC’s video-on-demand catchup TV and radio service. It allows those resident in the U.K. to watch or listen to content from the last seven days via their PC or on a range of different devices. My preference is the PS3.

We’ve known the BBC is planning on taking the iPlayer global for a while now. The first mention of such a venture occurred in June 2009, with the plans coming together by August 2010. By November, the BBC Trust had given its approval and a global service was expected to launch sometime in 2011.

Malcolm & Eddie Synopsis

The sitcom Malcolm & Eddie stars Malcolm Jamal-Warner and comedian Eddie Griffin as a pair of roommates.

Malcolm is a responsible man in his twenties while Eddie is a fast-talking tow truck driver.

Together, the two buy the Irish Pub in their building and turn it into a sports bar.

Close to Home Synopsis

Close to Home is a legal drama television series produced by CBS that premiered in October of 2005.

Created by Jim Leonard Close to Home follows the story of Annabeth Chase (played by Jennifer Finnigan) who is a criminal prosecutor in the city of Indianapolis. She has a near perfect conviction rate. The series follows her professional and personal life as she tries to juggle her life as a mother and a prosecutor.
