I highly doubt I’ll get a cease and desist. I mean, besides having “hulu” in the domain name, Hulu is probably drooling over the revenue I’m making them. Every time someone watches a video on OpenHulu they are making money.
Also, I wouldn’t worry about them pulling embeds. The entire point for the embeds is to get as many views as possible, because if you remember, they are making money from the ads. Also, with the ability to embed, these television shows can go viral.
