Having said that, NBC Direct fails on all other fronts. They need to realize that they are competing against The Pirate Bay and other black or grey market outfits that distribute DRM-free unrestricted files. When they understand that, and make it as easy to get a perfectly legal and above-board download as it is to get the shows from TPB, then they’ll be on a winner.
