   Hi Chris, Thanks so much for reviewing Insight24. You mentioned that one of the downsides to Insight24 is downloading videos. Let me clarify. Insight24 includes rich media content in a variety of industry-standard formats — Windows Media, Real Player, MP3, and Flash — as well as Web Ex’s proprietary format. MP3 (audio podcasts) and WebEx formats typically involve a download. It also depends on your computer configuration, Windows Media and Real Player may download the file prior to playing it. But usually, computers are setup in their standard configurations, where Windows Media, Real Player, and Flash formats are streamed to the viewer. And, if viewers use Windows Media to view podcasts, the MP3 files are streamed as well. I hope this helps and I look forward to hearing any other comments from your readers. Thanks, Cece
