Worzel Gummidge Synopsis

Worzel Gummidge was a children’s television series produced by ITV that premiered in February of 1979.

Worzel Gummidge was a children’s TV series based upon stories by Barbara Euphan Todd about mischievous magical scarecrow Worzel Gummidge (played in the series by a former Dr. Who actor Jon Pertwee) who often ended up in trouble.

Worzel Gummidge aired four seasons.
