The Smoking Room Synopsis

The Smoking Room is a situation comedy television series produced by BBC Three that premiered in June of 2004.

Created by Brian Dooley The Smoking Room had ten main characters who all frequented the smoking room – one room in company’s building that was designed for smokers as smoking was prohibited in all other parts of the building. It was established as rule that smokers cannot talk about work as that is considered “shop talk”. The series was character and dialogue driven.
