
The Blue Planet Synopsis
The Blue Planet is a nature documentary series produced by BBC One that premiered in September of 2001.
Narrated by David Attenborough The Blue Planet was lauded as the first documentary that told the history of the world’s oceans and marine life. The series was filmed over the span of five years and on more than 200 locations all over the world. The Blue Planet won a number of BAFTAs and Emmy awards.
The Blue Planet aired one season.
