Planet Earth is a nature documentary series produced by BBC One that premiered in March of 2006.

Narrated by David Attenborough Planet Earth is an award winning nature series that was the most expensive series ever to be commissioned by BBC. Filmed over the period of four years and in 62 countries each episode explores different habitat on Earth.
