Based on the manga Tsukuyomi: Moon Phase by Keitaro Arima, Moon Phase is a vampire romance anime.

The series follows the romance between Kouhei, a freelance photographer, and Hazuki, a vampire with royal lineage.

However, this romance is problematic, as Hazuki wants to make Kouhei into her servant.
