Necessary Roughness Synopsis

Necessary Roughness is a drama television series produced by USA Network that premiered in June of 2011.

Necessary Roughness is based on a true story and follows the story of Dr. Danielle Dani Santino (played by Callie Thorne), whose life unraveled after she caught her husband cheating. To make ends meet she becomes a therapist for a football team and soon she has a roaster of high profile clients who are all in need of her tough love therapy. Dani tries to hold her family together and maintain her new successful career.
