High Stakes Synopsis

High Stakes is a situation comedy television series produced by ITV that premiered in April of 2001.

Created by Tony Sarchet High Stakes follows the story of Bruce Morton (played by Richard Wilson – One Foot in the Grave), a managing director at Kendrick Maple, an investment bank. Morton’s world is thrown into turmoil when Nicholas Quinn (played by Jack Shepherd), a former Treasury official is appointed as the chairman of the bank responsible for modernizing.
