Chelmsford 123 Synopsis

Chelmsford 123 is a comedy television series produced by Channel 4 that premiered in March of 1988.

Created by Rory McGrath and Jimmy Mulville Chelmsford 123 follows the story of residents of small British town of Chelmsford and the constant struggle between the newly appointed Roman governor Aulus Paulinus (played by Jimmy Mulville) and the British chieftain Badvoc (played by Rory McGrath).

Chelmsford 123 aired two seasons.
