
Cribb Synopsis
Cribb is a police drama television series produced by ITV that premiered in September of 1979.
Based on the novels written by Peter Lovesey Cribb follows the story of Sergeant Cribb (played by Alan Dobie), a detective working for the newly formed Criminal Investigation Department and using the latest police methods available at the time to solve cases. The setting for the stories was Victorian London and a number of real events were included in the series.
Cribb aired two seasons.
