Brush Strokes Synopsis

Brush Strokes was a situation comedy television series produced by BBC One that premiered in September of 1986.

Created by John Esmonde and Bob Larbey Brush Strokes followed the story of Jacko (played by Karl Howman), a painter and decorator from London who also had a thing for the ladies. Jacko rented a room with his sister Jean (played by Nicky Croydon) and her husband Eric (played by Mike Walling), who also happened to be Jacko’s best friend and work colleague. Jacko was always at odds with his boss Lionel (played by Gary Waldhorn).

Brush Strokes aired five seasons.
