A Young Doctor’s Notebook Synopsis

A Young Doctor’s Notebook is a dark comedy drama television series produced by Sky Arts that premiered in December of 2012.

A Young Doctor’s Notebook is based on the collection of short stories written by Mikhail Bulgakov. It stars Daniel Radcliffe as a young doctor living in a small Russian village during the period just before the Russian Revolution. He has a number of bleak and sometimes humorous exchanges with his older self (played by Jon Hamm – Mad Men).

A Young Doctor’s Notebook is currently in its first season.
