15 Storeys High Synopsis

15 Storeys High is a comedy television series produced by BBC that premiered in November of 2002.

Created by and starring Sean Lock 15 Storeys High was adapted from a radio show and followed the story of Vince Clark (played by Locke), a cynical and miserable recluse, who lives in a tower block with his new roommate Errol (played by Benedict Wong). Errol is Vince’s complete opposite and the two have troubles adjusting to their new living arrangements.
