Zen Synopsis

Zen is a police drama television series produced by BBC One that premiered in January of 2011.

Based on books written by Michael Dibdin Zen follows the story of detective Aurelio Zen (played by Rufus Sewell) who works for police department in Rome. He feels he is the only honest police officer left as he battles the Mafia and corrupt officials. The series was shot in Rome, Italy however the whole series is in English.

Zen is currently in its first season.
