Whack-O! Synopsis

Whack-O! was a situation comedy television series produced by BBC1 that premiered in October of 1956.

Created by Frank Muir and Denis Norden Whack-O! followed the story of Professor James Edwards (played by Jimmy Edwards), the headmaster of Chiselbury public school. He was an alcoholic and a gambler, who tyrannized both his staff and his students and kept coming up with various schemes and tried to swindle his students, their parents and his staff for cash.

Whack-O! aired seven seasons.
