Welcome to Sweden Synopsis

Welcome to Sweden is a comedy television series produced by TV4 that premiered in March of 2014.

Created by Greg Poehler Welcome to Sweden follows the story of Bruce Evans (played by Poehler himself), an accountant to the stars. After he meets a Swedish bank executive Emma Wiik (played by Josephine Bornebusch), he decides to move to Sweden with her. The series follows Bruce’s attempts to start a new life and adjust to living in a new country. The series is inspired by Poehler’s life. Amy Poehler and Audrey Plaza guest star (Parks and Recreation). In the United States the series will air on NBC and in Canada on the Comedy Network.

Welcome to Sweden aired one season, while second season has been commissioned.
