The Thin Blue Line Synopsis

The Thin Blue Line is a situation comedy series produced by BBC that debuted in November of 1995.

Created by Ben Elton The Thin Blue Line follows the story of police officers in a small fictional town of Gasforth. The predominant theme was that of rivalry between the uniformed officers led by Inspector Fowler (played by Rowan Atkinson) and CID unit lead by Detective Inspector Grim (played by David Haig).

The Thin Blue Line aired two seasons.
