The Protector Synopsis

The Protector is a crime drama television series produced by Lifetime that premiered in June of 2011.

Created by Michael Nankin The Protector follows the story of Gloria Sheppard (played by Ally Walker), who is a LAPD Homicide detective but also a single mum with two children. The series deals with Gloria trying to juggle her demanding career and the demands of being a mother. Series also stars Tisha Campbell-Martin as Gloria’s partner Michelle.

The Protector is currently in its first season.
