The Layover Synopsis

The Layover is a food and travel documentary series produced by the Travel Channel that premiered in November of 2011.

The Layover is hosted by Anthony Bourdain (No Reservations). The series sees Bourdain travel all across the world and visit some of the busiest travel hubs. Since he only has 24 or 48 hours and does not want to be stuck at the airport he sets out to explore culinary destinations off the beaten path that only seasoned travelers would know about.

The Layover is currently in its first season.
