The Immortal (1970) is a Science Fiction television series produced by ABC that premiered in September of 1970.

The Immortal (1970) was American TV series loosely based upon the novel by James Gunn. This SF series told a story about the test car driver Ben Richards (played by Christopher George) who discovers that his blood makes him effectively immortal. Soon, he is being hunted down by employees of the billionaire Arthur Maitland (played by David Brian) who needs Ben’s blood to rejuvenate himself. The Immortal was originally broadcast as a TV movie in 1969.
