The Honourable Woman Synopsis

The Honourable Woman is a thriller television series produced by BBC Two that premiered in July of 2014.

Created by Hugo Blick The Honourable Woman follows the story of Nessa Stein (played by Maggie Gyllenhaal), whose father was a Zionist arm producer. After Nessa takes over the company, she changes the focus of the business and the company starts laying data cabling networks between Israel and the West Bank. For her efforts she is awarded a place at the House of Lords and her appointment creates an international scandal. In the United States the series will air on the Sundance Channel.

The Honourable Woman is currently in its first season.
