The Crimson Field Synopsis

The Crimson Field is a period drama television series produced by BBC One that premiered in April of 2014.

Created by Sarah Phelps The Crimson Field follows the story of the nurses and medics working at a tented hospital in France during World War I. The cast includes Oona Chaplin, Suranne Jones (Scott and Bailey) and Hermione Norris (Kingdom).

The Crimson Field is currently in its first season.
