Spooner’s Patch Synopsis

Spooner’s Patch was a comedy television series produced by ITV that premiered in July of 1979.

Spooner’s Patch followed the story of Inspector Spooner (originally played by Ronald Fraser and later on in the series replaced by Donald Churchill) who worked for a small police station located at Woodley. Spooner had unusual policing methods and was not opposed to taking bribes from time to time.
