One Person is Speaking Their Mind

I am not British. Is this the way the Britist treat their good acters and actresses by “Killing them Off” each week.
“Let’s see who you are going to “kill off” this week? Honestly, there have been several “kill offs” that I have sworn I would never watch this show again but the last episode I watched where it ended looking like our blonde headed investigator was being “killed off” after his wife had recently been “killed off” and their friends were “killed off” and other good characters were fortunate to just get stached away some where. I decided this is enough for me. I barely get attached to a character and “Boom” its off to the morgue!

Who wants to endear themselves to a series, start watching a character grow and then “poof” he’s gone……no gain no loss.

I will not be watching this show anymore and am seriously disappointed in the British ability to even come close to simulating our CIA or CSI or other high military intelligence shows. We tend to value life a bit more it seems as we protect our fellow officers and “have their backs” therefore the audience gets to know the chaps awhile and feel a little safer (even if it is a TV show) knowing our officers don’t get knocked off as quickly as the British officers.

I usually love British TV and will continue watching other shows and really thought MI-5 was a neat way to get entertainment and see how the british operate and learn new terms. I just did not expect to see talented actors and actress’s bite the dust like “sitting ducks”. If I wanted to watch characters getting killed every little bit I could watch “Friday the 13th”, “Halloween” or some other movies or shows like that. As you British would say,”Bloody Hell”

    Quite Sincerely,
    Seriously disappointed
