Spies of Warsaw Synopsis

Spies of Warsaw is a period drama television mini-series produced by BBC Four that premiered in January of 2013.

Based on the book written by Alan Furst Spies of Warsaw follows the story of the military attaché Jean-Francois Mercier (played by David Tennant – Doctor Who), stationed in Warsaw just before World War II, who gets involved in the shady world of espionage while he maintains his diplomatic cover.

Spies of Warsaw is currently in its first season.
