Sleepers Synopsis

Sleepers is a comedy drama television series produced by BBC One that premiered in April of 1991.

Written by John Flanagan and Andrew McCulloch Sleepers follows the story of two KGB sleeper agents – Jeremy (played by Nigel Havers) and Albert (played by Warren Clarke) – who have been trained to infiltrate the British society. They have infiltrated so well they are British to their core and KGB has forgotten about them for 25 years. Once they realize their agents are missing KGB sends a special agent to find them triggering CIA and MI-5 who are now all in the pursuit of KGB “sleepers”.
