Shedding for the Wedding Synopsis

Shedding for the Wedding is a competition reality television show produced by the CW that premiered in February of 2011.

Shedding for the Wedding features nine couples who are all overweight and want to lose the excess weight before their wedding day. The winner will be able to organize their dream wedding. The series features a number of experts including Sara Rue as the host, Jennifer Cohan as fitness and health expert and Nicky Holender as fitness trainer.

Shedding for the Wedding is currently in its first season.
