Prisoners’ Wives is a drama television series produced by BBC One that premiered in January of 2012.

Created by Julie Gearey Prisoners’ Wives follows the lives of four women living in Sheffield who could not be more different from one another. They do share one thing in common – their significant others are serving time in prison.

Prisoners’ Wives is currently in its first season.
