Once a Thief Synopsis

Once a Thief was an action television series produced by CTV that premiered in September of 1997.

Once a Thief was a Canadian action TV series based upon a 1996 TV film directed by John Woo that was in itself a remake of Woo’s earlier Hong Kong movie. The series followed crime-fighting adventures of a former thief (played by Ivan Sergei), disgraced ex-cop (played by Nicholas Lea) and a former member of Chinese mob (played by Li Ann Tsei).
