Hunderby Synopsis

Hunderby is a black period comedy television series produced by Sky Atlantic that premiered in August of 2012.

Created by Julia Davis (Gavin and Stacey) Hunderby follows the story of Helene, a shipwreck survivor who gets washed ashore near a small English village in the 1830s. She soon marries the local widower and pastor Edmund but is forced to keep her dark past a secret from her new husband.

Hunderby is currently in its first season.
